  • What sizes do you offer?
    We offer a range of sizes to fit every outlaw, from gunslingers to giants. Check the size chart on each product page to find your perfect fit. Typically we try to carry Small to 4XL.
  • How do I care for my Unchained Outlaws gear?
    Our gear is tough, but it ain't indestructible. Follow the care instructions on the label to keep your threads looking their best. And remember, even outlaws need to do laundry sometimes.
  • What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
    We understand the trail can be unforgiving, If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right. We'll send you a replacement or issue a refund, faster than you can say "Unchained Outlaws."
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Absolutely! Give the gift of rebellion and badass style with an Unchained Outlaws Gift Card. Let your friends and family gear up in the threads that fuel their defiance and help them conquer their fitness goals.
  • Are your products true to size?
    Our gear is designed to fit like a second skin, but we also offer a range of sizes to accommodate every outlaw's physique. Check the description on each product page to find your perfect fit. In some cases, we offer Oversized tees, you should expect a looser fit on these by design.
  • Can I pre-order items that are out of stock?
    Sometimes even the best outlaws run out of ammo. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for a notification to be the first to know when it's back in stock and ready to ride.
  • What is your return policy?
    Not 100% satisfied with your gear? No problem. You can return or exchange any unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original condition, with all tags attached, within 30 days of receiving your order. Just like a true outlaw, we stand behind our products.
  • Who pays for return shipping?
    If the return is due to our mistake (like sending the wrong item or a damaged piece), we'll cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you're responsible for getting the gear back to us safe and sound.
  • What items are final sale?
    Clearance or promotional items are like a gunslinger's word – final. No returns or exchanges on these bad boys.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay. We also accept gold nuggets and silver coins (just kidding... or are we?).
  • How do I know my payment information is secure?
    We use a secure payment gateway to protect your sensitive information like it's Fort Knox. You can rest assured that your transactions are safe and sound.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number faster than a runaway stagecoach. You can use this number to track your gear's progress on its way to your hideout.
  • How long will it take to get my order?
    We process and ship orders faster than a gunslinger's draw, usually within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. You'll find estimated delivery times provided on the tracking page when your order has shipped.
  • What if my order is delayed or lost?
    While we do our best to deliver on time, sometimes even the best outlaws get held up by the law (or the weather). If your order is delayed or lost, contact us, and we'll do everything we can to track it down and get it to you ASAP.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us faster than a horse can outrun a bullet. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has shipped, it's like a gunslinger's word – final.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We're currently only shipping within the United States, but we're working on expanding our territory soon. Stay tuned for updates!
  • What shipping carriers do you use?
    We partner with a posse of trusted carriers to deliver your gear safely and efficiently. This includes USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
  • Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?
    Hold your horses! If you need to change your shipping address, contact us faster than a bullet can fly, and we'll do our best to intercept your package before it hits the wrong saloon. Please note this may not be possible if your order has already been shipped.
