At Unchained Outlaws, we're committed to delivering your orders faster than a runaway stagecoach. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your fitness apparel arrives in pristine condition and within the estimated delivery timeframe. Keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
We'll lay out the shipping costs clear as day at checkout, calculated based on your order size and shipping destination. While we do everything in our power to deliver on time, unforeseen delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier shenanigans are beyond our control. (We can't control the weather or those pesky border guards.)
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped, so you can keep an eye on its progress. If you have any issues with your delivery or need assistance, don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to make sure your experience is smoother than a shot of top-shelf whiskey.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Not 100% Satisfied? No Problem.
At Unchained Outlaws, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we've got you covered. You can return or exchange any unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original condition, with all tags attached, within 30 days of receiving your order.
Here's the Lowdown:

Return Shipping: You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we messed up the order.

Final Sale Items: Clearance or promotional items are like a gunslinger's word – final. No returns or exchanges.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll provide a prepaid return label to make it right.
To start a return or exchange, simply contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange faster than you can say "Unchained Outlaws."
Important Note: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a little longer for the funds to show up in your account.
